Every jacket is made to order. Production takes 3–5 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 4–7 business days. Most customers receive their jacket in about 7–12 business days total.
Yes, free express worldwide on every order.
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Standard sizes (XS–4XL) get free returns with a prepaid label. Custom-size/personalized jackets aren’t refundable, but we provide free alterations to perfect the fit. Refunds process within 7–9 business days after inspection.

Order & Shipping

Yes! We ship worldwide at no extra cost. Transit times are similar to the estimates above, depending on your location.
Yes - within 12 hours of placing it. After 12 hours, your jacket is already in production and changes/cancellations aren’t possible. Email us right away with your order number and the change you need.
If your order hasn’t shipped, contact us via email or SMS immediately with the correct address and your order number. If it’s already shipped, we’ll guide you on next steps based on your local delivery options.
Not necessarily. Tracking can be quiet for the first 24–48 hours or while the parcel is moving between hubs. If there’s no update after 3 business days, contact us and we’ll check on it for you.
We’re here to help. Send us your order number and we’ll investigate. Weather, customs scanning volume, or local routing can occasionally add a short delay.

Returns & Exchanges

New, unworn standard-size jackets (XS–4XL) with tags attached - within 30 days of delivery. We’ll email a prepaid label.
Custom-size or personalized jackets are not refundable, but we offer alterations to dial in the fit at minimal fee.

Sizing & Fit

Our jackets are designed with intentional fits that vary by style: slim, tailored, regular, relaxed or oversized. Each product page clearly states the intended fit in the description and features section. Most jackets fit true to size within their category. If you’re between sizes or plan to layer, we recommend sizing up. Always refer to the Size Guide on the product page for the most accurate fit advice.
Yes - we offer custom sizing so you can enjoy a made-for-you fit. You can add custom measurements directly on the product page before adding your jacket to cart. Please note that custom pieces are non-refundable!
Yes! Premium leather relaxes slightly with wear (especially at the chest and elbows) and molds to your frame over time.

Every jacket is made to order, which means we avoid overproduction and minimize waste. By working with trusted suppliers and crafting in small, intentional batches, we ensure more quality and less landfill.

Yes. Every Manzo jacket is handcrafted by skilled artisans who specialize in leatherwork. From precise pattern cutting to hand-finishing details, each piece goes through multiple stages of careful craftsmanship. This ensures not only a refined look and consistent quality, but also that every jacket carries the unique touch of the maker’s hand.

We design trendy styles, produce made-to-order to eliminate waste, and sell directly online - so you get the same (or better) quality as luxury houses, but at a fraction of the price. No middlemen, no overproduction, no inflated markups.

Absolutely. We offer select customization options such as monogramming, patches, and special finishes. Custom and personalized jackets are final sale. For requests beyond the product page options, email us with your idea and we’ll confirm feasibility.
