At Manzo Leathers, we believe the right jacket should feel like it was made for you - because it was. But if something doesn’t fit or feel quite right, we’ve made the return process as simple as possible.
We offer free returns for customers in the USA, CA, UK, AU and NZ on all standard-size jackets. You’ll get a prepaid return label and full support from our team every step of the way.
For all other countries, customers may still return eligible items within 30 days, but return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return - no matter where you are located.
We ask that items are unworn, unused, and returned in original condition with tags attached.
Standard-size jackets (XS–4XL) are eligible for full refunds.
The product must be in new condition:
Unworn
Unwashed
Free of any damage or alterations
Manzo Leathers reserves the right to decline any return or refund that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
Jackets made with custom sizing
Jackets with personalized design elements (logos, initials, custom-built pieces)
Items returned damaged or heavily worn
Items purchased on sale are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or a dispatch error from our side. Any issues caused by us will be handled promptly. Returns or exchanges due to a change of mind are not applicable.
We cover all return shipping costs for eligible items in:
United States
Canada
United Kingdom
Once your return request is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label via email.
Just print, pack, and drop it off at your nearest courier location.
You don’t pay anything - we’ve got it covered.
Customers outside the USA, Canada, UK, and Italy may return eligible items within 30 days.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or sent in error.
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we’ll process your refund within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund has been completed.
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery confirmation.
We’ll either replace the item or issue a full refund, depending on availability and your preference.
We take full responsibility for delivery until the moment your jacket reaches your door.
We’re proud to offer a fair, flexible return policy - but we do monitor return patterns.
Manzo Leathers reserves the right to refuse future orders or returns if we detect abuse of our return system.

We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your order, you can do so within 24 hours of placing it - no questions asked.
Because each jacket is made to order, we begin production shortly after your order is confirmed. Orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours as materials and labor are already allocated by that point.
To request a cancellation, please email us at info@manzoleathers.com with your order number as soon as possible. If your cancellation is approved, your full payment will be refunded to the original payment method.
